Basic Plan — $365/year

Reliable, no-nonsense maintenance to keep your home systems in check.

Includes two annual visits, where we perform a full Home inspection at no service charge.

What’s Included:

  • Complete visual & operational inspection (AC, furnace, wiring, overall performance)

  • System safety and efficiency check

  • Early issue detection before problems get expensive

Water Heater (Basic Coverage):

  • Visual inspection of condition, operation, and any obvious issues

Air filters can be replaced during visits at cost only(or provided by homeowner).

If anything needs attention, we’ll walk you through it and give honest recommendations before any work is done.

Premium Plan — $700/year

Full-service maintenance. Zero corners cut.

Includes two annual visits with all maintenance services included—no additional charges.

Everything in Basic, plus:

  • Air filter replacement included

  • Condenser coil cleaning

  • Condensate line flush

  • Air handler evaporator cleaning

Water Heater Maintenance Included:

  • Flame sensor cleaning

  • Igniter cleaning

  • Full operational & safety inspection

  • Water inlet filter cleaning (where applicable)

If anything outside routine maintenance is found, we’ll go over it with you and provide clear recommendations before moving forward.
